The story starts more than a decade ago when the then United Christian Fellowship (UCF) board of directors gave India its first ever Senior Citizens Home in 1998. From the beginning, UCF delivered on all fronts- qualified & skilled team, nutritious & delicious meals and wheelchair accessible rooms designed to fit each senior’s individual needs. No stone is left unturned to ensure the elderly are well cared for and are able to live life with dignity and freedom.
We were one of the first organizations to come to the aid of elderly at a time when there were no such facilities in Bangalore for them. It has given us a headstart over other similar ventures of elderly care. As the world ages, we have a greater responsibility than ever to meet the growing demands of the community in relation to elderly care. The fruits of such an initiative have been better care and understanding of elders.
UCF Senior Citizens Home is situated on a one acre plot by Hennur Main road in Lingarajapuram, Bangalore about two kilometers north of Bangalore East railway station. Banks, shops and places of worship are situated at close proximity.
